Message: I am deeply disturbed by reports that you are handing names of Palestinian activists to the Trump administration. This is exactly how the Nazis targeted Jews during Hitler’s reign. As descendants of Holocaust victims, I hope you realize that you are playing into the hands of a would-be tyrant. However vehemently you disagree with the Palestinian activists’ message, you should realize that the First Amendment protects freedom of speech, even speech that is abhorrent. It does not protect threats of violence or incitements to violence. Please honor your ancestors and stop collaborating with the Trump administration’s crackdown on the First Amendment.
