Betar USA is a Zionist educational and activist organization with a singular mission: to educate, inspire, and mobilize Jews to be proud, strong, and unafraid. Rooted in the legacy of our founder, Ze’ev Jabotinsky, we are committed to building a generation of Jews who lead with conviction, defend Israel without apology, and act with strength and clarity.

Through speaker series, educational programs, and global community engagement, Betar fosters a deep love for Israel—its land, its people, and its future. Our programs connect Jews to Zionist values and strengthen ties to Jewish communities across all parts of the Land of Israel.

Leading Where Others Won’t
Betar does what many organizations will not. In an age of rising antisemitism and global hostility toward Israel, we refuse to stay quiet or passive. Our activities span education, activism, support, and community defense—and are guided by a belief in bold, visible, and unapologetic action.

Core Actions and Campaigns

Aggressive Protests & Direct Action
Betar leads sit-ins, rallies, and non-violent civil disobedience across the country. We confront hate—whether it comes from boardrooms, campuses, or the streets—and call out those who undermine Jewish safety and pride. Too many have played nice. That era is over.

Standing with Zionist Heroes
We were the first to publicly support Scott Hayes, a non-Jewish U.S. Army veteran and Zionist who legally defended himself after being attacked at a pro-Israel rally. Betar mobilized five organizations, launched a boycott campaign in Middlesex County, and rolled out billboard and mobile van ads demanding charges be dropped. We defend those who defend us.

National Rallies & Protests
From New York to Los Angeles, from UCLA to NYU, Betar organizes loud, visible protests—especially against groups like Students for Justice in Palestine (SJP), which fuels campus hate and antisemitism. We expose these groups for what they are: today’s version of the Hitler Youth.

Graffiti & Hate Cleanup
Where others just document antisemitic graffiti, we erase it. Betar members take immediate action, cleaning hate off walls in New Orleans, Midtown Manhattan, Ann Arbor, and beyond—restoring Jewish pride and presence in public spaces.

Doxing Defense
We defend those targeted for being Zionist. When Jakob Schanzer, a gay Jewish student, was doxed and threatened after removing pro-Hamas graffiti, Betar mobilized hundreds of letters of support to Tulane University, standing firmly with him and turning hate into strength.

Rapid Response to Antisemitism
While institutions delay, we act. Betar is often first on the scene after antisemitic incidents, raising public awareness, offering cash rewards for information, and refusing to let hate go unanswered. We’ve acted at the University of Michigan, University of Pittsburgh, and beyond.

Travel & Economic Pressure Campaigns
We issued travel warnings to New York and Toronto, urging Jews to withhold financial support from cities that fail to protect Jewish communities. These warnings earned press coverage and sent a clear message: if a city doesn’t want Jews, it doesn’t get our money.

Legal Support for Zionist Activists
Betar provides free legal representation for Zionist Jews arrested while protesting for Jewish rights. Our legal team includes top-tier attorneys, including Jeffrey Lichtman, renowned for defending high-profile clients like John Gotti and El Chapo.

Social Media & Awareness Campaigns
We run strategic campaigns to raise awareness, call out antisemitism, and unify Jewish voices online and offline. Betar bridges gaps between local communities and college campuses, building networks of support where they’re needed most.
