Betar is seeking a passionate and experienced\u00a0Social<\/span>\u00a0Media Manager to join our team and play a critical role in our mission to expand our media presence, counter-propaganda, and amplify Zionist values. This is a full-time position with an annual salary of $80,000. The ideal candidate must be a committed Zionist and a strong supporter of Israel. You will manage, monitor, and grow Betar\u2019s owned media channels, creating impactful content that engages our audience, counters misinformation, and supports our organizational goals.<\/u><\/u><\/p>

<\/u>Responsibilities:<\/b><\/h1>

<\/u>Social<\/span>\u00a0Media Management:<\/b><\/u><\/u><\/h3>

\u2022\u00a0<\/span>Develop and implement a comprehensive\u00a0social<\/span>\u00a0media strategy across platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, X, Google, and TikTok.<\/u><\/u><\/p>

\u2022\u00a0<\/span>Maintain and grow Betar\u2019s owned media channels, ensuring consistent brand messaging aligned with our mission.<\/u><\/u><\/p>

\u2022\u00a0<\/span>Collaborate with content creators, designers, and influencers to create visually compelling and impactful content that engages audiences and drives Betar\u2019s message.<\/u><\/u><\/p>

Monitoring and Rapid Response:<\/b><\/u><\/u><\/h3>

\u2022\u00a0<\/span>Monitor\u00a0social<\/span>\u00a0media platforms for relevant trends, comments, and potential threats, especially related to counter-propaganda and anti-Zionist narratives.<\/u><\/u><\/p>

\u2022\u00a0<\/span>Lead rapid response efforts, ensuring timely, effective replies to unfolding events and hostile narratives, including counter-protesting, counter-doxxing, and combating misinformation.<\/u><\/u><\/p>

Content Distribution & Engagement:<\/b><\/u><\/u><\/h3>

\u2022\u00a0<\/span>Distribute content, including infographics, educational materials, and media collaborations that counteract anti-Israel narratives, educate the public, and engage new supporters.<\/u><\/u><\/p>

\u2022\u00a0<\/span>Collaborate with other organizations and influencers to extend the reach of our content and campaigns.<\/u><\/u><\/p>

\u2022\u00a0<\/span>Engage with inbound leads and community members, converting followers into active supporters or members.<\/u><\/u><\/p>

\u2022\u00a0<\/span>Fundraising Support:<\/b><\/u><\/u><\/h3>

\u2022\u00a0<\/span>Partner with the fundraising team to support\u00a0social<\/span>\u00a0media campaigns aimed at increasing donations, securing financial support, and engaging new contributors.<\/u><\/u><\/p>

Strategic Initiatives & Community Engagement:<\/b><\/u><\/u><\/h3>

\u2022\u00a0<\/span>Lead strategic initiatives to build awareness, support, and membership for Betar, including\u00a0social<\/span>\u00a0media-driven campaigns and recruitment efforts.<\/u><\/u><\/p>

\u2022\u00a0<\/span>Work closely with executives to execute media strategies and enhance Betar\u2019s visibility across key media outlets and news platforms.<\/u><\/u><\/p>

<\/u>Requirements:<\/b><\/u><\/u><\/h3>

<\/u>\u00a0<\/u>\u2022\u00a0<\/span>A strong Zionist and a 100% supporter of Israel.<\/u><\/u><\/p>

\u2022\u00a0<\/span>Proven experience managing\u00a0social<\/span>\u00a0media channels for a cause-driven organization, with measurable success in engagement and growth.<\/u><\/u><\/p>

\u2022\u00a0<\/span>Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to execute\u00a0social<\/span>\u00a0media campaigns, manage rapid response actions, and counter hostile narratives.<\/u><\/u><\/p>

\u2022\u00a0<\/span>Strong collaboration skills to work with executives, content creators, designers, influencers, and media outlets.<\/u><\/u><\/p>
